United We Spy (Gallagher Girls #6)
by Ally Carter
Publication: September 17th, 2013 by Disney-Hyperion
Cammie Morgan has lost her father and her memory, but in the heart-pounding conclusion to the best-selling Gallagher Girls series, she finds her greatest mission yet. Cammie and her friends finally know why the terrorist organization called the Circle of Cavan has been hunting her. I absolutely LOVE this series :) Girl spies, action, mystery, suspense, secrets, romance, AHH what more could a girl ask for?! >.< I'm so sad that the series will be ending :( But I'm also very very excited to get my hands on the conclusion. Let's see how this all ends PEOPLE.

**********

This week's teasers are from:
The 5th Wave (The 5th Wave #1) by Rick Yancey

The 5th Wave (The Fifth Wave, #1)

First Teaser:
"What doesn't kill us sharpens us. Hardens us. Schools us. You're beating plowshares into swords, Vosch. You are remaking us. We are the clay, and you are Michelangelo. And we will be your masterpiece."

Second Teaser:
“But if I'm it, the last of my kind, the last page of human history, like hell I'm going to let the story end this way. I may be the last one, but I am the one still standing. I am the one turning to face the faceless hunter in the woods on an abandoned highway. I am the one not running but facing. Because if I am the last one, then I am humanity. And if this is humanity's last war, then I am the battlefield.”

...Guys. Quick. Pick up your wallets. Head to your nearest bookstore. AND BUY THIS GODDAMNED BOOK BECAUSE...well...it's pure GENIUS. It's been a good couple of hours since I've finished it and.....I still haven't gotten it out of my system. And I was hoping the teasers above will convince you to buy this book as well as my absolutely shining review of it that will come soon. Trust me..those teasers above? That's just all that they are..teasers. Because when compared to the entire book, they'll just be two gold bars in the middle of Bill Gates's castle.

Review: Of Triton (Of Poseidon #2) by Anna Banks

Of Triton (Of Poseidon, #2)

Of Triton (Of Poseidon #2)
by Anna Banks
Publication: May 28th, 2013 by Feiwel and Friends
In this sequel to OF POSEIDON, Emma has just learned that her mother is a long-lost Poseidon princess, and now struggles with an identity crisis: As a Half-Breed, she’s a freak in the human world and an abomination in the Syrena realm below. Syrena law states that all Half- Breeds should be put to death.
As if that’s not bad enough, her mother’s reappearance among the Syrena turns the two kingdoms—Poseidon and Triton—against one another. Which leaves Emma with a decision to make: Should she comply with Galen’s request to keep herself safe and just hope for the best? Or should she risk it all and reveal herself—and her Gift—to save a people she’s never known?

Wow. I can't believe this is where it all ends. I really did enjoy this series for all the enjoyment and laughs it brought me. In Of Poseidon, Anna Banks charmed me with her writing, character, and magnificent tale of myth and romance. In Of Triton, Banks has managed to do it once again. Although I don't think that Of Triton will ever live up to its predecessor, it delivered the second half of Emma and Galen's story as smoothly and sweetly as the first. I loved that the sequel wasn't hard to get through with unnecessary details sugar-coating the actual story and that Banks didn't make it 600 pages long, but just long enough to come across with an ending as content as could get. Yes, I would've loved to see a third book in the series because I feel like the story could've been expanded into a three-part, but it still worked out well in just two books and that's what matters.

Through the Zombie Glass (White Rabbit Chronicles, #2)

Through the Zombie Glass (White Rabbit Chronicles #2)
by Gena Showalter
Publication: September 24th, 2013 by Harlequin Teen
Inspired by the childhood classic Alice in Wonderland, this harrowing and romantic story features teen zombie slayer Alice Bell who has lost so much—family, friends, her home. After a strange new zombie attack, Alice fears she may be losing her mind as well. A terrible darkness blooms inside her, urging her to do wicked things. The whispers of the dead assault her ears and mirrors seem to come frighteningly to life. She’s never needed her team of zombie slayers more—including her boyfriend, Cole—than she does now. But as Cole strangely withdraws and the zombies gain new strength, Ali knows one false step may doom them all.

OMG YAY!!! I had completely forgotten about this haha. I'm lovin' the colors on the cover but the actual person/cartoon kinda creeps me out...eh. Loved loved loved the first book in this series so I obviously can't wait for this one to come out! :)
